Virginia Justicz is a Senior Writer at Impact Performance Group, Inc. She has over 20 years of experience in content strategy, database marketing, and training and development. Currently focused on learning and development content, she has written training modules and specialized tools, case studies, role play exercises, assessments, sales collateral, and Request for Proposal (RFP) responses for many contexts and industries including financial services, insurance, media, digital marketing, transportation and IT.
Virginia previously worked in strategic database marketing for The Boston Globe and has served as an elected School Committee member in her small Massachusetts town. Virginia holds an A.B. from Harvard College and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business.
