Vice President, Operations
Patrick Brill is Vice President of Operations at Impact Performance Group, Inc. In this role, Patrick works closely with the internal team and clients to orchestrate the development and implementation of highly customized training programs and services. As the leader of IPG’s implementation team, he oversees and manages all aspects of program execution, from the production and shipping of all materials to the global scheduling of workshops and facilitation, and leads these efforts with all of IPG’s accounts often ranging from 20-30 significant client engagements per month. Patrick ensures the best possible workflow and collaboration between IPG’s project management team and facilitation team by strategically managing all internal relationships with IPG senior facilitators and maintaining one of the most engaged delivery teams in the entire industry. Patrick is also responsible for the company’s overall finances, where he leverages his expertise in pricing, accounts payable and receivables, and vendor management to ensure a smooth and efficient “back office” experience for hundreds of key client contacts. On top of his extensive relationship and account-management, Patrick has led countless innovation initiatives internally to help IPG become and remain a world-class and top-tier organization year after year.
He thrives on providing quality in all aspects of our internal and external relationships. Under Patrick’s leadership, his team has a record of 0 defects from 2005 to 2018 with customized client shipments meeting complete, accurate, and timely metrics across the United States and to over 16 countries worldwide.
Prior to joining Impact Performance Group, Patrick worked for Hyatt Hotels and Resorts as Front Office Director. He was responsible for managing over 40 managers, supervisors, and employees dedicated to guest relations. Patrick received numerous awards, including three Managers of the Quarter awards and High Performance Manager of the Year. Patrick received a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management from the University of Wisconsin – Stout.
