Lorrie Christo is a Senior Facilitator at Impact Performance Group, Inc. She has worked with a variety of international financial services companies, including Fidelity Investments, Merrill Lynch, Perpetual, Santander Bank and Webster Bank. Lorrie has over 20 years of experience in service, sales, sales management, and sales training. Prior to joining Impact Performance Group, Lorrie gained her vast experience in a variety of financial service industries, including investments, banking, brokerage, retirement, custodial and clearing services with Fidelity Investments and BayBanks, Inc. During her sales management tenure, Lorrie received both the Fidelity Investments Institutional Services, Inc. “Leadership Award” and “Management Excellence” Award. Lorrie was also Vice President of a sales training organization responsible for gaining an in-depth understanding of multiple business strategies and organizational needs, establishing processes to drive improved business execution and efficiencies, and bolstering employee engagement and satisfaction.
