LARRY RODMAN

Senior Facilitator

Larry Rodman is a Senior Facilitator at Impact Performance Group, Inc. Before joining IPG, Larry was the Sr. Vice President of U.S. Sales for ACCO Brands, one of the world’s largest suppliers of branded office products. Larry provided the strategic direction, administrative leadership, oversight, and management of four unique legacy business units with more than $1 billion annual sales. Prior to assuming his leadership position with ACCO, Larry was the Vice President of APAC Customer Services, where he led the company’s business development team during its turnaround phase. Larry’s tenure with APAC was preceded by a succession of performance-based promotions with Office Depot, culminating with the role of Vice President of Global Accounts. He began his sales and management career with Unilever in the New England market. During his five years with Lever Brothers (a division of Unilever), Larry was promoted several times and is credited with building Lever brands across all major retailers in the region.

Larry holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. He lives in Coppell, Texas with his wife and three children. He is an active supporter of his children’s athletic endeavors and is a member of the Coppell YMCA Board of Directors.
