Senior Facilitator
Kit Caldicott is a Senior Facilitator at Impact Performance Group, Inc. She has worked with a variety of companies across a broad range of industries, including Bank of America, BJs, Fidelity, Forrester Research, Santander Bank, Kennemetal, and UBS. Kit is an integral part of the team at IPG and has expertly facilitated numerous sales, relationship building, customer service, and leadership and coaching programs. As an experienced facilitator, Kit is one of the lead IPG trainers in facilitating client train-the-trainer programs. Workshop participants appreciate the energy, enthusiasm, passion, and real-life experience she brings to the classroom.
Prior to joining Impact Performance Group, Kit spent 5 years with Achieve Global (formerly Learning International). Her responsibilities included sales, seminar facilitation, and managing projects for major accounts. Kit also enjoyed a successful career with Pitney Bowes Corporation in Sales and Sales Management and pioneered the design and development of several skills and product training programs for the company’s new hires. Kit holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College.
