KIM EMERSON
Senior Facilitator
Kim Emerson is a Senior Facilitator at Impact Performance Group, Inc. She has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry in sales, marketing, and sales management. At IPG, she has been a key member of the sales and coaching implementation teams at Schwab, Fidelity, Webster Bank, and Cablevision. She brings tremendous energy and enthusiasm to the classroom, along with a great deal of real-life experience and expertise.
Prior to joining IPG, Kim held a number of key positions at Columbia Management, where she was a Senior VP/Regional Sales Manager and founding member of the Financial Institutions Division. In her role, Kim maintained relationships with more than 1,000 clients with total assets approaching $400 million. She is the recipient of numerous sales leadership awards, including Financial Institutions Wholesaler of the Year. Kim graduated from St. Lawrence University with a degree in Economics. She is a series 6, 63, and 65 Registered Representative.
