BRENDAN DOYLE
Director, Design & Development
Brendan Doyle was promoted to Director, Design & Development at Impact Performance Group, Inc. for his exceptional client management skills and ability to continuously exceed expectations, internally at IPG and externally with clients. He currently leads 15 projects within IPG’s largest accounts and serves as the primary client contact on these projects. Brendan is responsible for designing IPG’s blended-learning solutions leveraging cutting-edge technology and is seen as a leader in the space by clients. Each year these solutions reach over 2,000 participants across the country through more than 100 learning engagements. Through agile development, Brendan leads teams to efficiently and effectively develop solutions that drive measurable results. He specializes in working with clients within financial markets, including national and regional banks, brokerage firms, and asset management companies. Brendan has also completed Foundations in Appreciative Inquiry training at the David L. Cooperrider Center for Appreciative Inquiry at Champlain College.
Brendan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Communications from Boston College.
