As a Senior Account Manager at Impact Performance Group, Alyssa Bullerwell oversees all aspects of needs assessment, development, customization, and implementation for her respective client accounts and projects. Alyssa creates loyal and satisfied client partnerships through her focused, proactive, and relationship-based approach to client management.
Alyssa is a Certified Strengthscope® Practitioner and Coach, administering assessments and providing one-on-one or group coaching sessions focused on helping employees achieve and sustain peak performance at work. She is passionate about creating positive culture change where engaged and energized employees can thrive.
Prior to joining IPG, Alyssa held positions in Human Resources with a focus on attracting and retaining top talent. Alyssa graduated from Bentley University where she received a B.S in Management and a minor in Psychology. Alyssa received the Adamian Service-Learning Award for service in the community and on campus and achieved President’s List for academic excellence while at Bentley.
