EQSKILLS™ Communication Tools. Impact Performance Group incorporates EQSKILLS™ communication tools into all of its training solutions. EQSKILLS™ communication tools help people connect with others on a deeper, more human level. By applying EQSKILLS™ effectively, individuals are better able to empathize with the feelings of others, understand their own emotions, and regulate their own behavior in a way that enhances their interactions with others. This helps ensure greater understanding, enhanced cooperation, and smoother progress toward achieving improvement goals.
Program Facilitation. With facilitators located across the United States and affiliates around the globe, IPG is able to support and deliver training wherever it needs to take place. All IPG facilitators have extensive backgrounds in sales and management, bringing a depth of experience and expertise to their current roles as dedicated facilitators. IPG involves the facilitation team early in the customization process to ensure a complete understanding of the client’s strategic goals, business challenges, products, terminology, and corporate culture.
Trainer Certification. For clients who prefer to have their own professionals facilitate their training sessions, Impact Performance Group offers client trainer certification. This is an intensive but highly collaborative process designed to ensure the best possible training outcomes for participants. Typically, a client trainer will first become familiar with the customized program as a participant. Next, they attend a Train-the-Trainer program during which they learn the objectives and step-by-step procedures of each activity and component in the program. During this session they also practice delivering sections of the program and receiving feedback from the IPG facilitator and their peers. Finally, each client trainer co-facilitates the program with an IPG facilitator to receive feedback and full certification. In addition, IPG facilitators are always available to answer questions or address concerns. |
